“Great location walking distance from the train and mrt station. Hotel staff was superb and very attentive. Our room was of a decent size for a short stay and very clean, plus the hotel offers a range of useful amenities and services. The only down side for us was the airco which quite loud at night and we could not find a silent mode, however the temperature was too high to turn it off ”

“All around the Hotel was absolutely amazing. The view of the lake from the lobby is stunning as you enter the hotel. “妻の誕生日に宿泊させていただきました。スーペリアリバービューの予約とお支払でしたが、デラックスリバービューにアップグレードをしていただきました。 高雄の空港（到着時）高雄・左営駅への移動にタクシーを利用しましたが、降車時（到着時）及び乗車時（出発時）に、ドアマンから、タクシー番号を記されたカードを頂きました。このカードがあれば、タクシー車内での忘れ物や紛失等の際にも便利ですし、心遣いが嬉しいものです。因みに、ホテル内の飲茶レストランも美味しいです。これからも、高雄に行く際は、常宿にさせていただきたいと思います。 タクシー代ですが、空港からは割高（初乗りが高い。でも、４００台湾ドルでお釣りがきます。） ホテル→左営駅（朝10時　街中少々渋滞時で300台湾ドルでした。）”

“Our room was very spacious with an excellent view over the city. The large bath tub was also a treat though the other facilities were a little dated. We also loved the dining room which played a tourist video of the city's activities. However, the breakfast was not of 4 star standard. Some items were not replenished, the coffee machine not regularularly serviced and some hot items were cold and healthy breads not available. More attention to detail is needed.”
